Welcome to the IDR blog. This is where we're going to start pulling back the curtain on how your signs, banners, and prints actually get made — starting with the equipment itself.
What's coming: a machine-by-machine capability guide
Over the next few weeks we'll be publishing a spotlight post for every major machine on our production floor — model numbers, what each one is built to do, the materials it runs, and the kinds of jobs it's the right (or wrong) fit for. The goal is simple: give customers and prospects a real, specific picture of what we can produce in-house, instead of a generic "we do printing" pitch.
In the meantime, here's a preview of the categories of work our current equipment covers:
Rigid signs — corrugated plastic, acrylic, foam board, PVC, aluminum, aluminum composite, polycarbonate backlit faces, and bubble-core panels
Banners & displays — vinyl banners up to 18oz double-sided, HDPE, canvas, mesh, posters, and banner stands
Adhesive graphics — vehicle wrap vinyl, window clings, perforated window film, wall decals, reflective vinyl, and more
Handheld printing — business cards, postcards, and aluminum hard cards
Magnets — vehicle magnets and custom-cut shapes
Each Machine Spotlight post will connect the dots between a specific piece of equipment and what actually shows up on that list — so if you've ever wondered exactly how we produce a wrap, a lightbox face, or a same-day banner, this is where you'll find out.
