The Boss Laser LS-3655 is our 155-watt CO2 laser cutter and engraver — the machine that turns a flat panel into a precisely cut, engraved, or shaped piece with no blade and no tool wear.
What it's built to do
The LS-3655 has a 35.4" x 55.1" cutting bed with 4-way pass-through, so oversized material can extend past the machine on any side — handy for long or large-format pieces that don't fit in a single bed. Table depth runs up to 7".
The 155W CO2 tube cuts and engraves a wide range of non-metal materials — wood, acrylic, MDF, cardboard, leather, fabric, foam, cork, and more — plus engraving on select coated or laser-safe metal blanks. Because it's a true laser rather than a mechanical cutter, edges come out clean and repeatable even on intricate shapes, fine text, and small internal cutouts.
Where it fits into a job
Custom-shaped signs and dimensional logos cut from wood, acrylic, or PVC
Engraved awards, nameplates, and plaques
Fine detail work — small text, intricate cutouts, layered pieces
Cutting mounting slots, standoffs, and hardware clearance directly into a finished panel
Anywhere a job needs a precise cut or engraved detail instead of a straight rectangle, this is the machine doing that work.
